Pemuda dan Karang Taruna

Selamat ulang tahun Karang Taruna Sekar Aji yang pertama!

Logo Karang Taruna

Pentingkah organisasi karang taruna?

Apakah manfaatnya bagi masyarakat dan pemuda? Continue reading

SAMBA 2014

What’s up with me lately?!

Last Saturday I have some spare time. So I decided to attend SAMBA “Sambut Brazil” 2014 at the mall in my city. This event was held by FIFASTRA from 22 February until 24 February 2014 to celebrate World Cup 2014 in Brazil this year.
There are dance competition, kids fashion show, games, music and dance performance, and special guest star. The guest star is Bambang Pamungkas, he is a famous football player in Indonesia. He will give a coaching clinic. Well, I’m not a soccer fan, not interested too much to the guest star or the soccer things.

So I decided to participate in the game in the second day. I choose ‘Holding the Giant Ball’ game. In Bahasa that’s mean Game Pegang Bola. The prize money is one million rupiah (it’s about $100). That’s worth!

Let me tell you, the rules for the games are quite difficult. All the participants had to hold the giant ball with their hands plus pinning the soccer ball between their legs. The craziest part is we must stand for 9 hours! Continue reading

What I Think About Fashion Blogger Phenomenon Nowadays

Hi! Sorry for being away.

Let’s talk about fashion!

I think fashion is a part of everyday life. I also think fashion is what you make of it. The outfit you have on today reflects some sort of style whether it is your own personal style or a style that has set a popular trend. All in all, it is fashion. From your shoes to your hair, you cannot escape fashion. I personally love it. Our own sense of style or fashion tells a story about us. How fun!

When I went into senior high school eight years ago, my life did a 360 turn and I was completely and utterly stunned by why. As my years go on, I am trying to keep up with all the new fashion styles, etc. Apparently, it’s not working too well. For most families, money doesn’t grow on trees, so I basically “allowed” myself to “lower” my standards, so to say, and now I shop like anyone else, but rather than buying the most expensive things, I head for the clearance rack first. It’s ridiculous to spend that much money on something.

For years now, name brands have become more and more popular – as well as expensive. Today, I see several students in the street, café, or mall with extremely high-priced clothing, jewelry, etc. I’ll be honest, it disgusts me. Our parents have hard working jobs and most of the things you get are coming from your parent’s salary. Is that fair? When you become their age, would you like it if your children spent your money? Because that’s how it is.

Words every lifestyle and fashion blogger should live by.

Words every lifestyle and fashion blogger should live by.

Why do we need all these expensive things? We choose to buy a clothes or shoes because the name brand stamped on the bottom/back of them? Continue reading

I Think I am Starting To Love To Cook

What do you think of women who can’t cook?gongso ayam

In my opinion, there are two terms of women:

1. Can’t cook, but willing to try or learn.

2. Can’t cook, doesn’t care. Not willing to try.

The first I can forgive. Many people don’t know to cook anything other than instant noodle, pasta, and boiled water. So it’s not uncommon. As long as they are willing to learn and help out, I don’t mind. It can be a good way from what I’ve experienced.

The second where I get annoyed. I’m not the type of person who thinks it’s a woman’s job to cook. I think EVERYONE should learn. It’s a basic life skill.

I am the first categories. How about you?

When You Are Happy, It Must Be Shared

Halo everyone! First of all, I have to apologize for the lack of updates lately. I’ve been really busy lately ’cause I have lots of work in preparing for Dancing Queen 6. No, I’m not into dancing competition, but as the guest star with my team aka Inline Skate Semarang.

I don’t have an interesting story to share so I just want to share my thoughts. I think this is the best choice when I have no idea to blog. My mind is on a never ending 24-hour run…Lol!

Please, I just want to make this blog staying alive. 😀

When you are happy, do you share your happiness? Me, of course yes.

Musyawarah Provinsi Jateng Persatuan Freestyle Skater Indonesia (PFSI)

Fuuuuuu *Blowing dust away from my blog

Omg … sudah berapa lama gag nulis coba. Tulisan terakhir saya posting tanggal 17 Januari 2014.
